Gujarat is home to magnificent landscapes filled with historically priceless structures and temples. The world’s tallest statue, the Statue of Unity, was erected in Kevadia, now known as Ekta Nagar, a manmade wonder of the world. Our trip starts from Dwarka, which we head for directly after touching down in Ahmedabad, where we’ll stay for two nights before visiting Mahatma Gandhi’s first home, Kirti Mandir. Sasan Gir has become a true tourist spot filled with entertainment from Jungle Park Safari and then Diu, which is blessed with beautiful coasts. The old ruins of Lothal where mounds of the dead sprawls are not to be missed before we visit Kevadia and finally return back home from Ahmedabad.
