About the trip
Kalimpong is a hill station in the Indian state of West Bengal.This bustling bazaar town sprawls along a ridge overlooking the roaring Teesta River and within sight of Khangchendzonga. It is not a must-see but it does boast Himalayan views, Buddhist monasteries, colonial architecture and a fascinating nursery industry, all linked by some fine hikes.

Day-wise Itinerary
ExpandDay 1: Arrival At New Jalpaiguri Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport And Transfer To Kalimpong
Meet and greet on arrival at New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Bagdogra airport and transfer to Kalimpong. On arrival check into hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Kalimpong.
Day 2: Kalimpong Sightseeing And Transfer To Darjeeling
After breakfast enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong visit Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills and Flowers Nurseries. After that transfer to Darjeeling. On arrival check into hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling
Day 3: Darjeeling Sightseeing
Early Morning drive to Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mount Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view), Ropeway and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 4: Darjeeling To Pelling
This morning after breakfast transfer to Pelling via Singla check post. On arrival check into your hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 5: Pelling Sightseeing
After breakfast start for full day sightseeing. 1st Half tour - Darap village, Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake and Khangchendzongha waterfalls. In afternoon start for 2nd Half tour - Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, New Helipad Ground. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 6: Pelling To Gangtok
After breakfast transfer to Gangtok.Enroute visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse and Siddheshwar Dham (Chardham) in Namchi. On arrival check into hotel and rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok
Day 7: Excursion To Tsomgo Lake And Baba Mandir
After breakfast start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing.)
Day 8: Departure To Airport
After breakfast Check-out from hotel and take the departure transfer to New Jalpaiguri railway station/ Bagdogra airport for your onward journey.
