ExpandDay 1: Arrival In Auckland And Transfer To The Hotel
- Upon your arrival in Auckland, you will disembark from your flight and proceed through customs and immigration. Once you have collected your luggage, you will be greeted by our friendly representative holding a sign with your name at the arrivals area. They will assist you with your bags and guide you to your private transfer vehicle.
- Upon reaching your hotel, you will be assisted with the check-in process. The hotel staff will ensure that all your accommodations are prepared and ready for your stay. After check-in, you can take some time to rest and refresh yourself after your journey. Overnight stay at Auckland.

Day 2: Transfer From Auckland To Rotorua (Enroute Waitamo Caves And Hobbiton Movie Set)
- Begin your day with a hearty breakfast at your accommodation in Paihia before checking out. Our comfortable vehicle will pick you up for a scenic transfer to Rotorua. After leaving Auckland, admire the sacred Taupiri Mountain and Ngaruawahia, the seat of New Zealand’s Māori King. Next, experience the Waitomo Glowworm Caves with thousands of glow worms forming an underground galaxy. Continue to Hobbiton, a set from the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit trilogies, before arriving in Rotorua. Overnight stay at Rotorua.

Day 3: Full Day Guided Tour Of Te Ra With Agrodome Sheep Experience
- Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Rotorua before embarking on a full-day guided tour of Te Ra. Day 10: Departure From Auckland
- Today morning check-out from your hotel after breakfast. You shall be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back to India.

- Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category Cost of Air ticket deviation charges.
- Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure.
- Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation.
- Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour.
- Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- In case a passenger is opting for direct joining, the cost for airport transfers shall be borne directly by the passenger and will join the group at the hotel.
Terms and Conditions
Expand- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 50,000 per person if booking is done 60 days before travel.
- For travel within 60 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 90,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 30 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 30,000 per person.
- Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure.
- The tour includes Flights, Visa and Insurance.
- The Tour can be cancelled 45 days before travel by paying 25% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 30 days - 45 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 30 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
- It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
- In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
- No refunds for unutilized services.
- Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
