Dwarka, at the extreme western tip of the Kathiawar peninsula is one of the four most holy Hindu sites in India. Krishna is said to have set up his capital here after fleeing from Mathura. Somnath’s famous, phoenix-like temple stands in neat gardens above the beach The sea below gives it a wistful charm. The small town of Somnath is an agglomeration of narrow, interesting market streets with no car traffic.

Day 1: Arrival At Ahmedabad And Proceed To Dwarka

Arrival at Ahmedabad and proceed to Dwarka. Dwarka an ancient city, housing one of the principal pilgrimages - ‘Dwarkadhish temple’ of Hindus. Another popular place in Dwarka, part of the Dwarkadhish Temple is SabhaMandap. It is a 60-pillared hall, which houses almost 2500 years old scriptures. The hall has ‘Jharokhas' offering a nice view of the nearby flowing Gomti River. Attend evening aarti at Dwarkadhish temple. Overnight stay at Dwarka.

Day 2: Dwarka Sightseeing

  • Enjoy your full day sightseeing in Dwarka. Proceed to visit Nageshwar and Bet Dwarka Rukmani Temple. The visit of Dwarka is not complete without a visit to Bet Dwarka.Bet Dwarka, popularly known as the 'kingdom of Lord Krishna' is a small island situated some 30 miles away from Dwarka. It is a wonderful place for a trip with friends and family as well as for a pilgrimage.
  • Later proceed toward a ride to Bet Dwarka from Dwarka is fun-filled and full of excitementan island at a distance of 30 Kms. Off the coast of Okha port, At Bet, there are temples of Vishnu (in the form of 'matsya'), Radha, Lakshmi, Satyabhama, Jambuvanti and Devaki. A ferry ride from Dwarka to the island of Bet near Okha makes a pleasant outing. We will then visit Gomati Village, Gomati Talab and Gomati Mandir. Overnight stay at Dwarka

Day 3: Dwarka To Somnath

Today after attending the morning aarti at Dwarkadhish temple, drive to Somnath. One of the most revered & an important center of culture and nationalism. The legendary temple contains a ‘jyotirlinga’. Looted and destroyed, built & rebuilt several times, it represents the eternal beauty and strength of the Indian society. The present splendid structure was rebuilt about five decades ago, at the exact spot where the original shrine was located. The iron man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was instrumental in the construction of the present temple. Overnight stay at Somnath.

Day 4: Somnath To Ahmedabad

After breakfast transfer to Ahmedabad. Enjoy the city tour by Visiting Akshardham- the Akshardham temple in Gandhinagar is one of the largest and most prominent temples in the entire state of Gujarat. Located in Gandhinagar city, the famous Akshardham temple is a place, which consists of a number of things under one roof like art, education, architecture, exhibitions and research. It is truly an architectural masterpiece . Over night stay at hotel.

Day 5: Departure From Ahmedabad

Today after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of the city. Afternoon drop at the Airport.
