We are situated amidst a beautiful lush green spice-garden of about 13 acres in a place named Kolagappara (the rock that has the shape of a ‘Kolaggam’ or measuring vessel) The spice garden enjoys an amicable climate, with the average minimum dropping to around 10 Degree Centigrade while the maximum rarely exceeds 30 Deegre Centigrade even in summers.
