Meadow View Inn is an ideal place for bird watching and animal sighting , wildlife can be viewed fom the comfort of your room. Meadow View Inn is not on the main road, Situated about 50mts. from the path you are not distubed by the noice of the tourists and their vehicles. Meadow View Inn is owned by Mr. V.C. Satheesh Kumar and his wife Ms. Indulekha. They live with their children in the property, and looks after the needs of the visitors at all times. Satheesh Kumar has a very long association with the famous Periyar wildlife Sanctuary. He was a boat driver of the Kerala forests and wildlife department for more than 15 years. His father, the late Mr.G. Chellappan Pillai, served the Tamilnadu public works department for about 40 years at Thekkady. His materal grand father, the late Mr. Narayana Panicker, came to work in the Mullaperiyar project in the early part of the 20th century. Mr. Satheesh Kumar has a wide knowledge of the flora and fauna of Periyar. Our rooms are made out of eco-friendly materials like wood and bamboo. The stay with us will give you a feeling which will linker in your minds for a very long time.
